Drop-off for art is Sunday, January 11, 2026 from 12:00-2:00pm FIRM!!!!
The work will remain up until Sunday, April 12, 2026 from 12:00-2:00pm for pick up and change-out. (ALSO FIRM! We do not have any place to store your artwork)
DATE AND TIME FOR DROP OFF AND PICK-UP IS FIRM! DO NOT submit your artwork unless you can make the drop-off/pick-up dates and times. Please arrange for someone else to drop off or pickup your pieces if you cannot make it. (Send me an email with that person’s name and contact info.) If you attempt to drop off your artwork early OR after the designated time, it will be rejected.
No charge to enter. Red Cedar Bistro will take 30% of all sales made.
We have room for large and small pieces. Please no sawtooth hangers. Professionally wired only. No unpainted or raw edge canvas wrap paintings.

Include in your email: your contact information. name, address, phone, and of course, your .jpeg images. And indicate what medium for all or each piece if different.
.jpeg file name MUST!!!! Your piece will NOT be considered if file name not done properly.

Send your images cropped (without any background), so I can add them to our website and promotional media properly.
Thank you! I look forward to seeing everyone’s submissions. You will be contacted via email notifying you which of your pieces are accepted a week after the submission deadline. At that time, you will be emailed a form to print & fill out to bring in with your artwork.
